Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Naturally Organised! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By booking or engaging with Naturally Organised ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Our aim is to create a smooth and stress-free organising experience for you. These Terms outline how we work, ensuring clarity and transparency while keeping the process flexible and accommodating.

Services Provided

Naturally Organised offers professional organising services, including but not limited to decluttering, space planning, home organisation, and custom organising solutions. Our services are tailored to meet your specific needs, as outlined in our initial consultation.

We work to the best of our ability to help you achieve the clutter-free, organised space you desire. While we are happy to assist with wiping down surfaces and light cleaning to support the decluttering process, we do not provide a full cleaning service.

Booking and Payment

An initial consultation will be provided, either in person or virtually, to discuss your needs and the scope of the project.

To secure a booking, clients must confirm their appointment via email or phone. A deposit of 50% of the estimated cost is required at the time of booking.

Fees are charged at a daily rate or a fixed project rate, as agreed upon. All fees will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

An invoice will be issued after the session and is payable within 72 hours via bank transfer (bank details will be provided on the invoice). Late payments may incur an additional charge.

We are not VAT registered at the present time.

Hours of Work

You will be invoiced for the time spent in your property. Typical working hours are from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, including a short break for lunch. We do not expect you to provide food or drinks.

During the consultation, we will estimate the number of hours required. However, organising projects can sometimes take longer than anticipated. If additional time is required, we will discuss this with you and obtain your approval before scheduling extra hours.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated cost.

Naturally Organised reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, any deposit paid will be refunded, or the appointment will be rescheduled at your convenience.

Client Responsibilities

The client must provide parking and access to the property at the agreed time. If we are unable to gain access, this will be treated as a cancellation, and the appropriate fee may be charged.

The client must inform Naturally Organised of any health or safety concerns within the property that may affect the provision of services.

You have a duty of care to disclose any circumstances that may pose a risk to Naturally Organised before our visit.

Clients are required to notify us in advance if there are any animals on the premises to ensure the safety and comfort of all parties.

While we provide professional guidance, the client is encouraged to participate in the decluttering process and is solely responsible for the decisions regarding the retention or disposal of items.

Removal of Items

We encourage donating items in a good/saleable condition to local charities. Alternatively, we may suggest clothing banks and recycling centres.

We are happy to assist with the donation process by taking items to charity shops or clothing banks.

Items removed from your premises for donation must be done at your own discretion.

No items will be removed without your explicit authorisation.

Once an item has left your home, it will not be possible to retrieve it if you change your mind

Travel & Accommodation Costs

For locations beyond a reasonable travel distance, travel and/or accommodation costs may apply. These will be discussed and agreed upon before booking.

Purchase of Organising Products

Naturally Organised can source organising products for you, once we have received your approval. These items will be charged at retail price.

If you decide you do not like an item after we have installed it, we are happy to arrange its return, provided this decision is made while we are still in your home. Once we have left the premises or removed labels, returns cannot be accommodated.

Limitation of Liability

Naturally Organised provides advice and guidance based on best practices in home organisation and decluttering. However, the final decision on the disposal or retention of items remains with the client.

The client is responsible for identifying and safeguarding valuable or sentimental items before work begins.

Naturally Organised will take every reasonable precaution to ensure safety and care while working in your home. However, we are not responsible for any accidental damage unless it results from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect your privacy and will treat all information about your home and personal belongings as confidential.

We will not disclose any information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Personal data collected during the provision of our services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Photographs and Testimonials

With your consent, Naturally Organised may take before and after photographs of the areas we work on for marketing purposes (e.g. website and social media). These images will not contain any personally identifiable information.

We value your feedback and greatly appreciate your support in providing a Google Review. We may use your testimonials on our website, social media, and promotional materials.

Termination of Services

Naturally Organised reserves the right to terminate services at any time if the client breaches these Terms or if circumstances arise that prevent the safe or effective delivery of services. In such cases, any unused portion of pre-paid fees will be refunded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

Amendments

Naturally Organised may amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will apply to future services booked after the date of the amendment.
